1. How big are the sizes of the pieces you offer?

2. What services are offered?
I am a digital artist. Meaning all my work is done directly on the computer and then printed on either canvas material or paper material once the piece is finalized and completed. When dealing with clients I typically use a customer provided photo for reference or if requested will use a photo of my choice. My style involves a mixture of photo manipulation, photo editing, and digital painting.
3. How much do you charge for custom work?
be aware price of a custom piece can depend on the size of the piece you are looking to get created, also for out of state clients, shipping will be added in pricing as well. When it comes to starting your project, any custom project will only be started once half payment is received up front. Once second half of payment is received final project will then be delivered and/or shipped out.

5. How are online orders processed?
I have prints of various sizes available. So, depending on the piece that interest you, the size you want, and the type of print you want all factor into each order being shipped out. Once an order is received it will be processed and shipped out in a timely manner. be aware that after 24hrs of an order being received, if a refund is requested, it may only be a partial refund depending on reason for request and what stage order processing is in.
6. What will I receive and how long will it take?
Depending on what was ordered. Canvas prints will be printed on canvas material wrapped around wooden bars and come with a wire across the back ready to be hung. from processing to shipping a canvas piece will take a minimum of 5-7 business to be completed and shipped. paper prints will be printed on high quality heavy weighted paper. Paper prints will be come rolled and in a shipping tube. Paper prints take a minimum 2-4 business days to be processed and shipped out. for a standard matted print or mini canvas, since they are typically on hand and in stock those are shipped within 1-2 business days to be processed and shipped out.
Be aware if the order was placed after 5PM MST. Order will not be processed until the following business day.
7. What is the project time frame for custom work?
I typically suggest a minimum of 3-4 weeks for a piece to be completed and delivered. However, a piece can be done in a faster time frame if absolutely necessary, however rush fees may apply. You would just need to let me know of your needed completion time up front so adjustments can be made accordingly in regards to scheduling and pricing.
